This exquisite antique Persian Farahan Sarouk rug showcases an alluring combination of botanical motifs set over a light variegated tan/mocha/salmon/faint green. The lustrous field, with its textural striated abrash, is the star of the composition. The unique background highlights an elegant column of stacked-lozenge diamond medallions that stretches across the field in ivory, orange red, light green, teal and salmon. The four corners that surrounds the background are composed of orange red with complimentary colors.
