This antique Persian Serapi carpet from the late 19th century (circa 1890) bears an exquisite design rendered in gorgeous, warm hues of orangey and various shades of blue. A highly stylized, multi-layered, floral center medallion anchors the rug and is surrounded by numerous geometric patterns and floral motifs.
