This early 20th century, handwoven antique Persian Karadjeh Heriz rug features a rusty red-colored field imbued with three layered geometric medallions in yellow green color. A beautifully drawn sub-geometric olive color border surrounds the entirety of the piece. The articulation of the motifs is excellent and this rug features beautiful color quality.
