This mid-20th century, handwoven vintage Persian Karadjeh runner features a red-colored field imbued with a vertical line of vining geometric floral motifs. A beautifully drawn, multi-tiered, chevron border surrounds the entirety of the piece. This rug is woven on a wool foundation and has a soft, pliable handle. The articulation of the motifs is excellent and this rug features beautiful color quality, including red, onyx, ivory, cream, taupe, and hints of faded green.
