This exquisite antique Lavar Kerman carpet originates from southeast Persia in the early 20th century. It features a breathtaking all-over pattern of sub-geometric floral motifs. Sweeping and entwined stems and vines bear a remarkable display of flowering blossoms and palmettes in a variety of shapes and colors. All of this is held in place by a beautiful border of running tendril and stem patterns with flowers, palmettes and leaves. Colors include magenta, pink, blue, ivory, and green.
