Inspired by 19th century Eagle Kazak, the field design of this early 20th century antique Karadjeh runner features five tribal medallions surrounded by bordered patterns of intersecting tribal and sub-geometric motifs rendered in various tones. The main border is an extension of the tribal design and is set against a background of ivory, in contrast to the central reddish orange field. Colors include midnight blue, ivory, green and soft red.
